Has anyone got any reviews on this amazing sounding software

I don't use it because we have a system set up though our property management software but I have in the past.

I don't have any problem with it's software or user interface. 

We all love checklists and due dates; think project management software. 

There are no secret proprietary lists, special systems or software.

I know of services that charge $50/month for limited searches that is part of a $3400 software program which is crazy.Any ideas?
