How to Obtain Credit Card for Small Business

The only way of getting a corporate credit card would be to provide collateral and apparently that would be extra charges. That being said, has anyone encountered similar road blocks and if so, can you please advise how I can counter this obstacle?

To live in one of the rentals? Or not to?

Fourth, if you live in the property for a year, you have a decent shot at being left in the enviable position of having three fantastic options: - To continue living in the property and letting other people (your tenants) fund your living costs - To sell the property - To rent the property out entirely as a rentalThe downside is that you will have more complicated taxes (part of the interest and expenses will be attributed to a rental property, and part will be taken as a standard homeowner deduction), and that you probably won't be able to benefit from an LLC - it will be difficult to preserve the corporate veil as an owner occupier.

Is an LLC needed?

I do not do this because:1) I have few assets outside of the properties to protect - most of my wealth is in my real estate equity and the operating accounts funding those properties2) I am not willing to violate a due on sale clause and want excellent interest rates over 30 year terms, something that is difficult to do with non-conventional mortgages on small multifamily or residential real estate.3) I manage the properties myself, and even live in some of them, meaning that it can be difficult to demonstrate the difference between business and personal, meaning that an opposing attorney might have a good shot at piercing the corporate veil in potential future lawsuits.
