Entity Setup

Has anyone setup their business entity with Nevada Corporate Headquarters? Was it a positive experience? I have been approached to use NCH but the online reviews are so negative and this is very concerning. I live and will work on properties in Colorado so I wanted to know if setting up in NV for an extra layer of protection was worth it or should I just keep my entity in CO and leave everything as is.
