If I owned a management company I would rather have a customer with 1 god property that is hands off, trusts me and is cooperative than a customer with dozens of properties that is difficult to work with.Frank

Landlords are still in the customer service business and we should never forget that.  

Please note I was never looking for easy success and I am fully committed to this... but this setup is taking a lot of time (several weeks now) and lots of energy.

However, I logged in today to put together a credit/background check for a group of 3 prospective tenants applying for an apartment together and now the $10 off coupon no longer works for each applicant and is only good for each application ($10 off instead of $30).I called customer service which was completely useless and determined that the best quick solution was to submit each applicant separately which is a bit tedious.  

The Investor Carrot website was a couple months older then the Custom Site but that shouldn't have skewed the numbers to much.Custom Built WebsiteLike I said I used a combination of Wordpress, a Theme ($67), Domain from Godaddy (~$8/yr) and hosting from hostgator ($~5/yr).  

They would need to be a type of snap in place upgrade that tenant picked during application process as an upgrade.Cardboard stage props can give your plain-Jane unit a custom feel and command more rent. 

Instead they will simply be responsible fro XYZ utilities and you'll be happy to implement XYZ energy saving fixtures to ensure they are energy efficient. 

Also, you aren't likely to have to cut in for trim and ceilings everywhere and that's the real time/energy suck in painting.  

Also, a local insurance broker may be able to help you find the best fit for you and provide you with valuable customer service.
