155,000 purchase20,000 per unit X 4 = 80,000All in 235,000 or 58,750 a door for 750 in rent.750 X 4 = 3,000 a month X 12 = 36,000 gross income.Since everything is brand new and hopefully separately metered costs should be 50%.The value at a 10 cap is 180,000 resale minus costs so you would be losing money in that case.Are these 2 townhome style apartments in a quad??
