If you feel that using the same email is a problem, you can do what I did and just create a broad email using Via hosting sites.

That public access does not give sold comps if that is what you are looking for.They can set up better searches than you can do on any public site that I know about.....REO only, certain investor key words, certain school districts, certain $/sqft, and a host of other options that are interesting to investors.

I was an Airbnb super host for a couple of years back from 2015-2017. 

Operationally, you will also need to update the owner of the property with the STR licensing board and any hosting platforms you are on.

Awning.com has an Airbnb Estimator tool, as does Airbnb - https://www.airbnb.com/host/ho...You would need to handle plumbing for water and sewer if you don't want to drive it to dump it.
