Goodbye Facebook!

I used the Facebook seller lead program and it brought quite a few leads in, but they weren't very qualified.Ultimately, I cancelled the program and because of my development experience, I was able to reproduce the exact same service using my own code without paying for someone else for the service.This buys me the flexibility to tweak the funnel on a more granular level to refine the quality.For me, it was worth it but I ultimately stopped paying for it.

Does this work like Facebook and archive my conversations with others.

I've also read in my studies that I should create a Facebook page for my business...is it really useful if there is nothing to put on it since I am new?

It's our own version of liking something on Facebook provided you're familiar with that.

There's a Real estate agent/broker facebook group that is very good for this type of stuff... 

I have my websites mostly set up, business cards made, magnets on my car, advertising on facebook and have been sending out letters with pretty much no response.
