I've found potential deals, newbie wholesale question about whats next.
Now that I have found two potential properties in my area and have researched the owners what is the best way to proceed. Do I mail or call them? I've also read in my studies that I should create a Facebook page for my business...is it really useful if there is nothing to put on it since I am new? Should I come up with a business name and get an LLC first? All feedback is appreciated
Thanks.
