A good agent is an incredible asset that is worth their weight in gold, but a bad agent can cost you tens of thousands of dollars. 

Doesn't mean we can't encourage people not to use bandit signs (they usually end up as litter, and if overdone they can be a visual eyesore), but perhaps a little more humility would help the OP realize the purpose behind obeying those laws better than a dump truck load of sarcasm and self-righteousness?

I know some older agents that suck at computers and they may want help loading listings into the MLS or typing up contracts.
