I just put a 8 foot  2 course of 24 by 60 blocks that weight a bunch behind 5 of my houses it cost 3k a house installed.

Dan is absolutely right and that's probably the reason why Dawn saw what others couldn't - they probably just ruled out the category as a total (just like I do to be honest) because of HOA.
