@Steve Vaughan  these types of frenzies I think kind of started in Silicon valley in the mid 80s  we were still in the family home in Cupertino.. and we would get door knockers.. usually nice Asian couple and walk up knock on door..

I went to school out there (Colony) and have rentals both in the valley and Anchorage at present.

Of course now a days many say a home is a liability but depends on where you live I happened to buy mine in Silicon Valley and that one move was very timely and turned out to be financially rewarding. 

Guess I've been mostly focused in my world here in the southeast valley and up in Verde Valley.

I'll keep you in mind... my parents have a ranch in the far southern Bitterroot Valley, so it'd be nice to be able to write off my visits to them.
