I currently invest in rental properties and fix and flips and am looking to use my license for my own ventures as well as part-time to assist with friends and family or networking opportunities.

I am looking to make many friends on this sight and to continue to learn more about the ins and outs of real estate.  

With all that is going on and will continue to develop in the area, I would say "leverage" is your friend right now.Don't sell it right now.

Instead get it done with a few friends and do a simple JV agreement.
