If you set up a property, you would set Setting #14 in the property screen to block all partial payments and Setting #18 to Yes for both options.- Credit Cards: We do offer this option but you are correct that it typically isn't feasible unless you are processing a few card payments per month.

Requirements include: Credit Score of 660 or higher and no late payments for the past 12 months (this can be a real clincher).Of course, each case is unique and requirements have a sneaky way of changing.

I have toyed with using Creekview realty or some other flat fee realty next vacancy to get MLS exposure and see if I get higher quality tenants, but recently our market is hot and I have gotten tenants who actually want my neighborhood  to remain in the same schools, which is my favorite reason to hear and has always worked out for me.
