I usually have to turn off the paid advertising after about a week because my sales team can't handle all the leads and follow ups.Disclaimer: Yes I am affiliate with these companies but it's only because I use them and they do a good job.Hope that helps.

So I really wouldn't have an ethical issue advertising "Cash for your house" if using hard/private money since most distressed sellers don't care how you pay as much as they care about how fast you can close.
