I have reached out many times (daily, through email, text, phone call) to her and I rarely get a response (usually a vague response like "i'll send it today" or "i'll be in touch with the new property manager"). 

If you're flipping it, it's nice to leave some paint for the new owners for future touch up... unless it's more than a gallon.

Follow ups are key as the average person takes 3-5 touches before picking up the phone to respond.Hope that helps!
