I have the house, driveway, walkways, fences, decks and roof power washed to bring the materials to a common color - while my competition has gray fences - I bring mine back to a beautiful wood finish, my drives are one consistent color, etc.  

The fact that I live here does not color my opinion.  

The color shows the Market Health Index (Green - 10; Red - 1), and the size of the circle shows the Market Price To Rent ratio.  

I'd immediately change that color on the walls.  

Granite, marble, quartz colors?

And if you did the triple crown, use a color on the wall (don't do white or off white) and do your trim bright white.

They had allegedly sold a home in Texas but their mortgage payment was not on the credit report because it was financed through a private company that was also the builder.Six months later, they start showing their true colors and my life was a mess for six months., During that time, I learned they did have a home in Texas but had stopped paying the mortgage.

Great ideas Brian Gibbons Steve Vaughan but I found that in some areas with high traffic intersections paying a guy 50 bucks for a couple of hours holding up a colorful sign and maybe thinking outside the box having him wear a costume to draw attention and make a "call to action" to do what ever the sign says works wonders...I mean the tax guys do it as well as "we buy gold" why not us

All three are very professional companies to do with, so they all pass that aspect with flying colors, at least in my books.
