Another successful method could be the daily charge, but maybe $5/day or something like that (again, reflective of the rent your charging).Keep in mind, your goal is to never charge a late fee.

Lenders too, though we tend to already be pretty good at math - it's just new equations that need to become part of our daily vocabulary *on top of* fannie/freddie/fha/va ways of doing math.We have an entire generation of people screwing themselves out of homeownership because they are listening to their parents, except for those among them that are going to be doctors/lawyers/accountants/programmers/etc.
