Had a slow leak that didn't stop when everything in house was turned off, incl toilets at the wall.  

He can do everything from dry wall to roofing, cabinetry, painting,... virtually anything except I don't want him doing electrical or plumbing until he gets licensed by a technical college for that.

And I think this is a good service and am happy to support BP. 

I really appreciate the support from everyone here on BP you guys are always so helpful. 

I think it'll end up just being cheaper for me to take down a wall and amplify the space than have to pay for a compact unit.

The numbers seemed really good from the beginning, and I'm lucky enough to have supportive people around me willing to help and guide me.

The wire railing systems are appealing to me because it would allow for the open floor plan feel to be continued.The railing that is to be replaced is shown in the photo and the wall to the right of the photo is removed replaced by a 1/2 wall into the kitchen for the "open" feel.Thank you for any feed back and if you have different ideas please share!

I have had rust in my vents every year and reported it to management as well as cracks in our walls that that haven't fixed.

But if you make your calculations, and you have a "trusted" broker that supports the price you're planning to sell it for, than go ahead.Good luck
