Now that you are in this situation the only way out is to ask them to leave, offer them cash to leave and/or start the eviction process if you are allowed to do that locally w/COVID stuff going on. 

We can help with the purchase no problem, it's the part after closing: organizing any type of work is difficult, if you are not physically there to meet people, organize stuff and check on progress, let alone coordinate between different traits.

The majority of the income for most STRs has nothing to do with that stuff.
