I simply do not have a lot of time available and therefore want to gather the knowledge as quickly as possible so I can get on with building some wealth.It is my hope and belief that having a packaged study course will give me the knowledge quicker than I could obtain the knowledge through other means.

I do my best to study real estate in my spare time and my parents tell me that now is not a good time to invest.They want me to wait until the market goes down again before investing with them.

I have run into so MANY of those in my area it is frustrating :) Best study up on short sales if you are going to consider that route.

I do believe that most networks have now been forced to report the details in this particular case.I have posted about violence in the past...specifically an extremely comprehensive study done for the government about violence from the left.

Since I graduated college I have been working part time to pay the bills, and studying everything I can about commercial real estate.

You also have to pay someone to that studied for years and years a lot of money to keep in compliance with the stupid code.I prefer to just make sure things make sense without accounting for taxes and figure any additional benefit is marginal upside from there.

Our effort consisted of visiting the site, contacting the City Planning Department, creating hand-drawn site layout options for the land owner to review and select a reasonable direction, some relevant precedent images showing what the site might look like when completed and an illustrative 3D computer study showing the overall project massing and urban form.
