Shopping for REI properties is not like going to the bigbox stores and picking items off the shelf. 

I think scripts can serve as a framework and give you a level of comfort while making calls however each call should take on a life of its own and the conversation should flow naturally and organically. 

If you have any receipts/expenses you're not totally sure about, call those out and organize them so she can review them easily.You can also just ask her what she needs and how she wants it organized. :-)

If so, do they have a place to store their lawn equipment? 

The lockbox is useful for so many reasons that I just won't elaborate, and you can buy one at the big box stores for under $40 so not that big of an expense; you can order cheap lockboxes online for a lot less than that.

Well drug stores are generally separate triple net properties.

Keep in mind, a farm can be a specific location on the map (usually) or a specific type of property they deal in (say c-stores with gas).

I am extremely happy with site, I think it's incredibly organized.

The big box stores probably won't have them.
