I know it comes down to a numbers game, meaning you should expect to submit A LOT of offers before one is accepted (since we're typically asking much lower than asking price).I understand having to get over the discomfort of possible offending sellers with your low offer price, but I'm just looking for more tools I can use for added success in getting offers accepted.Maybe even share the particular formula you use.

The last thing you want to do is be caught with your pants down in this industry.The MLS is a great tool if you know how to use it, let only get access to it.
