What are some strategies and/or tips anyone can give in regards to getting your offers accepted?? I know it comes down to a numbers game, meaning you should expect to submit A LOT of offers before one is accepted (since we're typically asking much lower than asking price). I understand having to get over the discomfort of possible offending sellers with your low offer price, but I'm just looking for more tools I can use for added success in getting offers accepted. Maybe even share the particular formula you use. They're are typically the same, right? ARV -profit -misc fees -minus repairs ------------------ equals MOFO
