Will I be able to resell as it sits?

We'd like to spend 120-125, and the house is currently sitting at 170k.Normally, I wouldn't even bother with something that over our budget, however I noticed It was orginally listed for 199k, but has dropped 7-8% every month since.

I have a tenant in a house that has a Harley sitting in the one stall garage and parks both their cars in the driveway. 

I am a little concerned about that and kind of thinking I should delay a few months and aim for having it ready by early spring so I don't have something sitting for too long.  

Helped me by pass time driving on the road as I sit in the car 3-4 hours a day.  

I already have gotten a funding approval for this property, and now I am sitting here in LIMBO.Another seller I have contacted owns a house that will probably need to be torn down.
