Randy I believe exactly what you are saying, I think I will come out ahead.Fortunately, I had a good insurance agent who gave me multiple riders like Actual Lost Rents, Code improvements, and a few others.

Understand if the land is a greenfield site (land that has never been developed) or a brownfield site (land that has had previous development).

I think it is more psychological thank mathematics to have the payoff period reduced.
