First get loan pre-approval before home shopping.

I have a property under contract that has a shop/garage on it which I want to turn into a house.

In the end, they gave me the best deal out of 8 lenders I shopped.

I don't believe BP is anti-wholesalers, not in the least, but there are those who need to get a life and find something better to do like tend to their own shop.
