In 2019 I bought a 3 unit rental property valued at $200,000 in Connecticut. I currently hold the property in my name, I don't live there and I have all 3 units rented. I currently have a landlord insurance policy for the property but I'm trying to figure out is there's any way to lower the cost because it's $3400 a year.
