Police can kick you out, a landlord can't.

Of course if you are not around to police it, it could be an issue. 

@Curt Davis, when you transfer, just make sure your homeowners and title insurance polices cover the LLC and you.

Do you not see tons of examples of people, many of whom are seniors, making bad investments, even when they are cautioned by friends, family and legal and financial professionals?

After about 2 weeks, the police tracked leads and arrested..... my neighbor. 

The first property I tried to buy fell through because the tenant wouldn't let the appraiser on the property and called the police.

(Hard to believe thieves would be this stupid, but the police say they catch people this way on a regular basis.)

The buyer probably will go away since he can't get a clear title and title company conforms with me it is an error on the bank's side, but they won't issue title until it is resolved...as for me, I do not understand why it takes 2 months to yet figure out the positions of senior and junior liens...by the recorded date, unless the bank did something long time ago,messed up their recoding date.
