Am I the only who is mad that one can not sell his own house without a middle-man?

This experience has led me to re-evaluate my investment strategy.Therefore, I'm considering selling my Missouri properties and using a 1031 exchange to invest in new opportunities. 

Hello all, I am trying to connect to folks who are buying and selling larger multifamily in Lexington, Richmond, Nicholasville, Georgetown and Frankfort. 

I've found value in becoming an agent and doing this full time because it helps me get into the networks of other investors that are flipping, buying, selling, etc. full time. 

In January my wife and I purchased 130 acres of land, for 480,000$. we are going to sell two 10 acre building lots,  probably for somewhere between 100-150,000 each. we will keep the other 110 acres.  2 acres we will subdivide out for ourselves to build a house on,  and the rest will be rolled into a Christmas tree business. on the acreage that we sell,  will we be hit with capital gains since we're still going to be approximately 200,000 in the negative? 

My friend told me about this site and I’ve made some connections with professionals but I would like to make connections with people starting out who aren’t selling anything. 

Not only is the current owner asking for a 300% price increase over what they asked in 2019, but they have included in the new asking price the cost of the garish furnishings they want to sell with the home.  

That may be a selling point for future tenants.

Or you can sell the property and use the proceeds to invest in more real estate.
