I know Account Closed recently held a brokerage retreat at  WeeCasa, a tiny home hotel in Lyons, Colorado near us here in Denver, and really enjoyed it.

I see most SFH with carriage houses where were work in Denver and in Colorado Springs go for not that much more than SFH in the area without the carriage house.
