If it's a Bexar County case you can search on the county clerk's website for the case number and then go in person to the clerk's office to get a copy of the petition, the order appointing the ad litem and the order appointing the administrator. 

However, in one situation, I thought I should call the landowner back anyway, out of respect, even though their land was not so great for the projects that we wanted to do.

I've seen a lot of opinions on this website about the pros and cons of incorperating as an LLC or not when starting out and I was hoping to get some more clarity on the position in relation to a partnership between two people. 

It was sold by owner and the “owner” wanted the interested buyers to contact his agent, not the ones that show up on Zillow website.
