I am told that is one of the big drivers in Massachusetts and unfortunately Southbridge does not have a reputation as a stellar school system.

If they aren't a reputable lender, what are they after?

Reputation is everything, and you don't want to be known as the wholesaler who doesn't close.Hope that helps-Chelsea

I'm sure next year when I've further improved the property, marketed ahead of time, and have some reputation we'll get at least twice that for each of the Coachella weeks!

They also often know the "reputation of the HOA or neighborhood. 

I'm a new BiggerPockets member, hoping someone knows a reputable property manager in the Pigeon Forge area.  

It is so hard to delegate when your reputation is being judged with every dish that goes out.

Anyone have the name of a smaller but reputable fence company, or maybe a general handyman that can handle a small fence job?

I find it odd that of the 3 reputable Real Estate Law Firms I talked to, none of them are willing to draft a Letter of Offer for me. 

If they are reputable and exercise their duties of Loyalty, Care, Accountability etc. their connections are meaningless.Meaning, they are working for you and should have your best interests in mind.
