They look like one contiguous property but, in reality are 5 duplexes with 5 tax lots.   

BUT, you will probably push your children to do something else, like become a Doctor or a Lawyer, even though your children won't make as much money as you do as a business Entrepreneur.The reality is that there isn't much status to a Millionaire who is the owner of a ball bearing company even if those ball bearings are selling in every machine in the world!

There are plenty of creative financing gurus out there, but the reality is that the best deals typically go to those with the ability to either buy cash or finance them.
