Hey Folks! I just signed up last week and so thought I would tell folks a bit about myself.

I have 10 units in Eugene OR that I have owned for about 3 yrs.  They look like one contiguous property but, in reality are 5 duplexes with 5 tax lots.   I own them pretty much free and clear via my S corp (yeah, i know not the best way to hold RE but it is what it is ;))

Prior to this i had a small bldg on Bryant/2nd in SF. i sold this in ‘15  and 1031’d into my current investment

I also just renovated, built out and sold a 1912 farm house on 5 acres turning it into a nice equine property.

I am now pondering my next move. I want to invest in more MF probably 6-10 more units and would like to explore the FreddiMac Small loan program as it sounds more invester  friendly

I am looking forward to networking  with folks in OR and maybe find folks that can help me reach my goals.

I know I have a lot to learn but i have a solid start with my current investment (i mange it myself) and my prior life as the accounting manager/controller for various start ups and also being self employed most of my life helps too!

I look forward to interacting with everyone!
