I guess my only comment is that you seem to feel like the rehabs were top notch, well done and professional work..... but then have been over run with repairs.

Start by networking at real estate investment meetings in your area.

Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.

Game over...Of course, consult a qualified professional or two.

I would say stay away from any expensive mastermind groups unless there are actual networking events and you are desperate to leave your W2 to become a wholesaler/flipper because thats his focus.
