Except each transaction only costs the receiver 25 cents.I see 2 downfalls here:1) My funds are pooled with everyone elses funds in an account that I can't control and don't have access to.2) If a tenant makes a deposit on Monday, it won't clear until Thursday, possibly Wednesday.
