the most shocking thing about Hipster is that their founder, @Ali Boone, will come into BP forums and offer turnkey advice, posing as a real investor investor who buys turnkeys.

Pretty shocking, if you ask me.On a $500,000 home, Zillow's valuatin is within $100,000 of the actual market value 80% of the time. 

You might be pleasantly surprised to find more interesting tricks as you learn more about real estate investing and multifamily. 

When I told them "Buy it Hell", "It'll cost you 10k for me to remove and dump it" they went into shock. 

I help them move all the stuff out took some fixtures down installed storm door, I had did a lot to help them so when the wife came back with wanting to take the house back and get money out of it I was shocked.

They are pleasant neighbors and good tenants, always paying rent on time.

Of course, be as pleasant in tone and approach as you know how to be, yet equally firm in declaring the property to be yours, and rent paid to someone else creates no obligation on you. 

But when I went to see Strategy a few years ago I was pleasantly surprised at how nice many of the areas of Detroit Metro were / are  and especially the new construction.. 

That is shocking to me that a landlord would do that.

I was in Minneapolis last year and couldn't believe how cheap housing is, prepare for a shock when you enter San Diego!
