outside laundry??

it's tight in the house...a 3/1 about maybe 900-1000 sq ft..no room in the kitchen...no room in bathroom for stackable..i wonder how much more difficult it is to just get the right permits and enclose that back area as a mudroom/laundry area..you're right abuot the pipes freezing..i'msurprised they haven't had this problem yet

It may be a bit more in material cost, but less labor intensive and therefore less expensive.Always run a permit check (title can do this for you or you can go to the city planninjg department) BEFORE you buy the home.
