I ended up going in a different direction.That's one of my experiences - I've got a couple more similar ones where we arrived at agreed terms but I went a different direction (all were around the same time period).

Everyday I am continuing to learn and find new ways to make my business more efficient.

Actually I'll travel to anywhere as long as they are efficient and great at getting the job done without a hassle.

@John Dellingerare I’m a hvac contractor and when I bid a job for updating or a changeout, I always tell the customer to get other bids, and if one beats mine to just make sure we bidding on the same playing fields ... meaning equipment efficiency ratings.

So I currently have a 5 unit Multi family under contract in Louisville, Ky with a 21 day inspection contingency period.  

IF the person were to redeem the property during their right of redemption period, who would they pay and what amount?

If an item which was requested during the due diligence period is missing from the due diligence materials and isn't provided until the due diligence period is finished, does that automatically extend the due diligence period through the date of receipt of said item? 

You just need to live in it for a period of time, if I understand correctly. 

So how do you suggest we evaluate the rents over that period of time?
