My question to experienced people is should I focus on paying off this debt first then investing or would you recommend I take longer to pay off loans but also save for my first 20% down.

That is a bad thing and hurt the wallet and some people have lost homes due to this poor service.

It can definitely work if you're able to build relationships and create rapport with park managers and owners.

Ask for help and ask great questions, I've found many people are willing to help.

The bankers involved got together to create it.Are the people at the Fed government employees?

People skip out on dollars to save dimes all the time.

But if you’re too busy to do that, then a few other options maybe:1) syndication - but you would really want to vet the syndicator and see their track record especially how they’re doing during this downturn.2) Buy turnkey properties that are managed by the turnkey company.

Like a lot of people here are saying, you can just replace the front glass which is a cheaper cost!
