@Zamir Kazi, the only thing I've found that will work for my business(Es) after testing more than 30 CRMs/project management software programs is...........Podio.And, I hated Podio with a purple passion until I got so disgusted with all other software that I spent two solid days educating myself and implementing it.There's nothing better for what you're doing if, and it's a big if, you'll take the few hours to understand it and integrate it with GlobiFlow so everything you do is automated and you get reports created so you can manage by report. 

Add in a 25 year executive advertising career, with a passion to build things and the sweat equity to match and the cash will come.

Just signed up-I'm owner of a landscape company that employs 22. 5 years ago I came up with a plan to buy one rental "buy and hold" a year.At year 5, I currently own 5 houses. 3 of these have no mortgage.I own a 11,000 sq ft commercial building and an industrial park with 5 units.My goal is to gross 15-20k a month to get out of the "rat race"Look forward to meeting new people with the same passion as me and learn a lot.
