New Member/Rehabber in Tampa

Hi all. I've lurked long enough, it's time to get active here.

I've rehabbed my own houses for years, enjoyed each and every step so much that I'd like to pursue it seriously now. I'm a very hands on designer & handyman, with a desire to rehab properties for retail sales while at the same time, accumulating a half dozen rentals for my family over the next few years. 

I'm looking to connect with wholesalers, contractors & subs as well as others in Tampa with a shared industry passion. I'm a cash investor primarily focussing on Tampa and Pasco county properties. I look forward to meeting some of you. Thanks for all the advice I've been able to gain so far from these forums. What a terrific resource BP is for this novice.
