So I kind of know the basics of real estate, but a little background about myself is that i just turned 21 years old, I live in New York, and I have about 50k saved up and I want to get into real estate, I currently have a pretty good credit score, and my question is, should I buy a multi family property because I would like to move out but house hack but should I look into New York or should I branch out and look into PA, NJ, or upstate New York, considering I still live with my parents and just started to pay rent.
