Cook I agree that multiple touches are good. but you might expand the target audience to include Seniors with Long-Time Ownership and Homeowners with Low Financial Stability Scores.

I am also not sure how to go about notifying the tenants of the ownership change and what method to use for rent collection and how to direct them to a new way of paying rent.

From what a local loan officer was telling me, banks will not transfer ownership of equity loan, nor give out a mortgage just on the 80k for a loan.  

Options:-Should I attempt my first syndication by creating an LLC, creating a contract where I will have part ownership without any of my own money down, and find an apartment building to renovate and hire someone to manage?
