I think whether you're doing them nationwide, or just where you live, you need the same things......being well organized, understanding the process, and having a great team of title companies, attorneys, Realtors, etc.

many things in residential construction are not hard to learn but spend some time learning those basics.The more detailed you are, the better you define a scope of work, and the more organized you are the better your contractor will feel he can work with you and make money.

I just don't think that many people take baths and this house would be way more marketable/functional if it had a shower in this bathroom.
