I understand education cost money and I'm willing to pay for training. 

If you say the wrong thing your credibility will be shot as they are trained to sniff out newbies.

This will be your training program and it's easier to get in and get out of an SFR.

I read of something like that in a RE book/ or training  once, but don’t remember the exact source. 

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

They've been all across the country and to Hawaii, across Canada and to Moscow and Europe and England and Galapagos Islands.It's been great for us, I love the part of finding off market very profitable deals that have ongoing cash flow and my wife is an interior designer by training so she enjoys the design and decorating part.

Just because @Jim K. does well in the Pittsburgh market in the C Class arena and I read all his posts, doesn't mean if I hop on that train I'll get the same results.

It can be an ongoing war, but eventually you will win when there is simply no way for them to get in anymore. 

If that's not possible, at least we want to send texts from our computer, so we have a record and an ongoing thread of the conversation on our computer, like we do with email.
