Love the enthusiasm, and there are some great points written here, but I will tell you that officially raising capital with an SEC exemption is no small task.

There is no way they are they short on taxes that it is necessary These same city officials will be scratching their heads at the next city development meeting wondering how they are going to fix the housing crisis and why there are not enough affordable places to rent in their area
