I have read numerous books and researched for countless hours on house flipping and after reading The Book on Flipping Houses I felt that getting involved in the BiggerPockets community is my next step.

What are your goals and objectives with Austin area Real Estate?  

My main objectives is to buy and hold houses that are close to my neighbourhood.

Take numerous trips a year and many times work only 3 days a week. 

She has told me on numerous occasions that she wants to reject the offer, but every time I show up with it she refuses to let me in.  

I decided to specialize in duplexes since numerically, half occupancy is usually good enough to tide me over.

Often times distressed sales are facilitated by a family member.I'm in the middle of a deal right now where the children of the property owner are the decision makers due to the health of the owners.Ultimately, the questions about motivation are the same and your first objected is to view the property...

In my mind, I am looking for a partnership- someone that will work with me (which would involve a lot of teaching in the beginning), whom will benefit greatly by working numerous deals with me in the future.
