Turns out another tenant in the building has suddenly started with the same type of behavior, trying to push lease terms, and trying to dictate when we can send our service guys in, always on their terms, never meeting half way. 

What advice and guidance can you guys provide me with?

Basucally the guy wanted to lease from me and he in turn can lease to others.

After that my back tenant told me there was a guy living there as well and he had a kid.

I am sitting on lot's of money to invest and am seeing nice houses for great prices again.
