These areas have multiple military bases and constantly have turnover with families moving in and out of town.

Hello,I am graduating from business school June and will be moving to Charlotte full-time.

Everything looked good and I moved fast and got under contract at 250k.

I am looking at a 2 year horizon before I would move out and turn the property into a LTR to add to my small portfolio whether it be a SFH or a small MFH (4-plex would be my max). 

I’ll be moving to DC in the fall and will be living there for around 3 years.
